Accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 AA)
Public web properties and course materials are built to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 markup conventions: semantic structure, full keyboard operability, visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, and respect for the user's reduced-motion preference. Accessibility conformance is reviewed on each material release using automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes.
Security Control Mapping
Delivery workflows are mapped to NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 and NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 3 control families and aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF 1.0). Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256; access is role-based, least-privilege, and audit-logged. Program artifacts support customer inheritance into an agency ATO package.
Personnel
All UEACORP instructors and engineers with access to customer data are U.S. persons who have passed a documented background investigation prior to engagement, complete annual security and privacy training, and sign non-disclosure agreements scoped to each engagement. Additional clearance levels (Public Trust, Secret, Top Secret) are staffed on a contract-by-contract basis where a sponsor and facility clearance are in place.
Facility & Environment
Training delivery and active-listening infrastructure operate in FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments (customer choice of Moderate or High baseline). No classified information is processed, stored, or transmitted on UEACORP-managed infrastructure. Customer data is logically segregated per tenant and never used to train shared or third-party models.
Data Retention & Records Scheduling
How long we keep data, and how it is disposed of.
UEACORP treats customer data as federal records governed by the customer's NARA-approved records schedule. Retention windows, legal-hold treatment, and disposition are contractually bound to that schedule; the defaults below apply when no customer-specific schedule is in force.
Call transcripts & IVR audio
Retained for 90 days by default for quality assurance and dispute resolution, then permanently destroyed. When designated a federal record, retention follows the customer's approved schedule (commonly NARA GRS 6.5, Public Customer Service Records) with sensitive-data redaction applied at ingest.
Training records & assessments
Learner rosters, completion certificates, and assessment results are retained for 7 years, consistent with NARA GRS 2.6 (Employee Training Records). Personally identifiable information is minimized and separated from performance data where the customer's schedule permits.
Business-development inquiries
Capability-statement requests and related correspondence are retained for 3 years in support of contract file requirements, then destroyed. Records associated with a live procurement are retained under NARA GRS 1.1 (Financial Management and Reporting Records) or the applicable acquisition schedule.
System & audit logs
Security-relevant audit logs are retained for a minimum of 1 year online and 3 years total, consistent with NIST SP 800-53 AU-11 and CISA guidance (M-21-31), with tamper-evident storage. Logs containing customer data inherit that customer's records schedule.
Disposition
Electronic media is sanitized in accordance with NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 (Purge or Destroy, appropriate to media type). Certificates of destruction are produced for records dispositioned under a customer schedule. Legal holds suspend disposition until formally released.
Customer control
Customers may request export or accelerated disposition of their data at any time; requests are actioned within 30 days unless a shorter contractual SLA applies. Retention overrides required by the customer's records officer are implemented on written direction.
